The Plan
First things first, complete the questionnaire provided. This will allow me to understand where you are at and what your GOALs are for the future. From there, we will devise a plan to improve your health, exercise regime and nutrition intake. Training will be provided to suit home or gym-based sessions or a mixture of both.
You will receive App access to keep you on track and accountable

We will work closely together on building solid habits that will have sustainable and lasting results.
Feedback will be submitted weekly via check-in form and prompt feedback provided
It is important to create GOALs that are precise and clear. We will work together on these GOALs and this commitment will help the process become a reality.

Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) test is an inexpensive, discreet, and efficient method to determine if an individual possesses or lacks the ability to complete fundamental movement patterns, by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances of the individual.
The FMS was formerly created to help measure functional movement inadequacies and asymmetries within the human body in healthy individuals.
The FMS looks at functional performance and its need to create and sustain mobility, stability and flexibility in the body while executing certain movements competently and proficiently.
Adding to this, other key requirements consist of; strength, coordination, balance, and full range of motion to be able to perfectly perform the seven functional movements.
Strength & Conditioning programmes
Strength and Conditioning focuses on the physical development of individuals along with injury rehabilitation and prevention to improve individual sporting and non-sporting performance.
My programmes focus on developing the key characteristics such as strength, power, speed, plyometrics, agility, flexibility, and all aspects of physical conditioning.
My programmes aim to aid individual’s weaknesses, develop their strengths, and keep the individual free from injury.
