Yoga & The Chakras


A yoga workshop designed to explore the Chakras from the Crown to the Root Chakra.

In the 1 .5 hour session, you will be guided through a  yoga sequence where we balance each of the chakras through breathwork, meditation and sound. You will learn the basics of each of the 7 primary chakras.

You will receive a pdf workpack on the chakra system.

The Yoga Chakras:
The Yoga Chakras are seven key points in the subtle body that are centres of energy. When energy becomes blocked in a chakra, it triggers physical, mental, or emotional imbalances. Understanding what each chakra represents and meditating on their visual formation can free up energy and stimulate the imbalanced chakra.

Working on the energetic system of the body by opening and balancing the Chakras increases the body’s own capacity for healing and brings the body into better health.

This workshop is suited to anyone with an interest in the chakra system.

It is suitable for beginners and those experienced in yoga.
