KIDS YOGA –  

 

During this 45 minute class . We explore a wide range of poses through various themes. The children will learn traditional yoga poses in a non traditional way! Kids will strengthen their body through basic and challenging yoga poses and fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises, relaxation and guided visualisations. 

All equipment provided.
